dancing at Ally's weddingCould you imagine going to a wedding, birthday party or graduation without music? Most of life’s big celebrations are enhanced by music. It sets the mood, engages people to connect and helps open the heart.

I recently went to a wedding in Washington, DC for my  friend’s daughter. I knew a lot of her family since we had been friends since junior high. The wedding was beautiful . We then proceeded to the reception. And what a reception it was. We had a cocktail hour, then dinner and afterwards dancing. Ali and Dan , the wedding couple, chose a live band, Another Level, that one of the best dance bands I have ever heard. Eric and I danced for 3 hours like high school kids. All of my friend’s (Linda) family was on the dance floor. It was great. There were grandparents, parents, young adults, teenagers and kids. Everyone was out there.

I was thinking how wonderful it was to connect with old friends and meet new ones. I grabbed Linda and said let’s go dance. She is normally a little shy. But after coming out on the floor with me, you could not get her off. Most of us are in our 60’s but we were dancing side by side with the 30 year olds and having a blast. The thing that struck me most is how music brings people together. I could not imagine just sitting at a table and trying to make small talk for hours on end. Dancing is a way to immerse yourself in the music and express how you feel. Our bodies were meant to move and what better way than dancing. No one cares if you have the correct moves, all that matters is that you are engaging in the joyful celebration. Songs are played that remind you of your childhood, adulthood and even the present time. There  is nothing like a song to bring a memory into sharp focus from long ago.

I had the honor of going to two Celebrations of Life recently. One was for a friend’s 34 year old son who died in an accident. At the end of the service, they played “Happy” and people were dancing in the aisles, choosing to remember the happy soul of my friend’s son in music. The following month, I went to a Jewish Celebration of Life for my long time friend, Wendy Brown. She was a patron of the arts in Raleigh and a generous donor. She had a smile on her face whenever she listened to the NC Symphony or even when she was talking  about them. I know that Bonnie and Brian were some of her favorites. A quartet from the NC Symphony performed at her Celebration including her two favorite artists. When they started playing, I truly felt my friend was listening. It touched my heart more than anything since she had passed away. I realized how much I was going to miss her impish smile and her unwavering joy when listening to the symphony, watching the ballet or going to the theater.

I always want to cry when I sing “Let There Be Peace on Earth” , whether it be at church or at a meeting. We recently sang this at the “Woman’s Club of Raleigh” meeting and I had to hold back the tears.

“Let There Be Peace On Earth” by Harry Connick, Jr.
“Let there be peace on earth And let it begin with me. Let there be peace on earth, The peace that was meant to be. With God as our father,Brothers all are we. Let me walk with my brother ,In perfect harmony. ”

When I think of having peace on earth and it beginning with me, it touches my heart and makes me feel anything is possible. We are all connected and with music , it seems to make the connection stronger and more  palpable. You can feel the energy flowing form one person to another when singing or dancing together. I wonder if music is one of the Creator’s ways to join us together especially when we seem to be drifting apart.

The next time you hear a song that melts your heart, try to enjoy the feeling of contention to all living things. After all, that is what love and life is truly about, our connections.

abrahamlincoln137180Recently I went to a Celebration of Life for my friend’s 34 year old son who died by accident. It was truly a celebration of his life. His friends, brother, father and mother all spoke of his zest for life and how he lived every moment to the fullest. His mother read

“On Children” by Kahlil Gibran

“Your children are not your children.

They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself.

They come through you but not from you,

And though they are with you, yet they belong not to you.”

She truly demonstrated her belief that life is a continuous flow of energy of your spirit in this plane and into the spiritual realm. At the end they played “Happy” and everyone danced in the aisles.  I was so overwhelmed by the love felt for this man and how everyone was honored by knowing him.

Twelve years ago, I lost my husband after spending 17 years with him. My son was eight and had to bear losing his father young. It was a sudden death and totally unexpected. Sonny Perkins was such a vibrant man that everyone loved for his generosity. He would cook on the grill and have me to take food to all the single moms in the neighborhood. He was bigger than life and it seemed unreal that he was no longer with us. He made it clear that he wanted to be cremated and did not like funeral homes. So I made the decision to have a graveside service only. I invited people to the house afterwards and told them to” bring a bottle and a story” to celebrate his life. I knew that he would be proud of this decision. It was a very emotional time, but what a fine way to learn more about this man that I loved for many years, by hearing stories of his college days.

In the weeks that followed, I found solace with Wil Perkins’s ( my son) unwavering belief that his father was still with us. I would be crying and he would ask what was the matter. I would say I miss your Dad. Wil would respond “He is right here with us, Mom , you do not need to be sad.” I felt comfort knowing that his spirit would always be with me and  Wil. When you have the privilege of knowing someone intimately and being part of their life, you truly never lose them. You can reach them through dreams, meditation and prayer. You can always talk to them if you are willing to try a new way of communicating. Look for signs and you will see them. Wil and I were standing in the bathroom shortly after his Dad’s death and I was talking about how his Dad would turn off the light to tease me. The next moment the light went out without us touching the switch. We both knew in our heart that his Dad was there.  Sometimes you may see a animal, hear a song or  smell something that reminds you of your loved one just when you need it. Pay attention, they are trying to let you know that they are OK.

Today, I go to another Celebration of Life for my friend, Wendy Brown, who I met 17 years ago at the YMCA water aerobics class. She was one of a kind. We were friends in Goldsboro, and when I moved to Cary, she asked me to attend NC Theater productions with her. Her generosity allowed me to experience  art in many forms, including theater, ballet and symphony. When she found out my college son liked the symphony, she gave him tickets to go and take a friend. She was a generous donor to all the arts, and it was my honor to attend the events with her.  Wendy, Annette, Eric and I could be seen at most NC Theater events. Whenever I think of her, I see her impish smile and revel in her sense of wonder of the arts at every production she attended.

As life goes on, we experience more losses of our loved ones. Celebrating their life in your memories, instead of grieving your loss, can give you great comfort. I know you truly never lose anyone, just their physical form. My Dad died when I was 19 and my Mom when I was 29 but I still see them in my dreams and meditations to this day. When people ask , “How do you get over the loss?” , I respond by saying ” I am so thankful that I had them in my life for even a short while”.  Knowing that their spirit is with me always is a comfort beyond belief.

sailingAll our life we are taught to work hard in order to enjoy life. This is the way I lived for many years. Recently. Eric and I   had been out of town for a wedding in Washington, DC and for a fun filled weekend at Smith Mountain Lake including skiing, wake surfing and great company. We decided to stay home Labor Day Weekend and get some work done in the office and around the house. I had plans to catch up on my business emails and do some studying for my investments in the market. We usually do not travel on Holiday weekends due to all the traffic and crowds. It was all settled until I saw a post on Face Book Friday around noon asking for crew hands to sail to Cape Lookout for an overnight trip on a 40 ft sail boat with a friend of mine.

I debated whether to call Eric since we had planned a work weekend. But I am a true nature girl at heart. There is something about trees and water that feed my spiritual center more than almost anything on earth. I feel that I am communicating with nature whenever I am near them. It brings me such peace.  I know I can face anything in my life with this serenity. The Open Water was beckoning so strongly that I lost my resolve.

Before I knew it, I was on the phone, saying “How would you like to go sailing to Cape Lookout on a 40 ft sailboat for an overnight trip”?  For anyone who knows my boyfriend, Eric, they would know the answer was yes. He works hard all the time, but if an adventure arises, he is hard pressed to say no. That is one of our strong bonds, our love for a new adventure! I contacted, my friend, Kevin Synder, and said he had 2 crew members ready to go.

We sailed from Oriental, NC to Beaufort, NC then on to Cape Lookout at Core Banks. We took a dingy to Core Banks and walked around that afternoon. The next day we took the dingy over and crossed to the beach side. Can you imagine a beach on Labor Day Sunday all to yourself? Eric and I waked and swam without another soul on the beach. I thought I was in heaven. What a truly magnificent experience.

We headed back that day the same route in reverse, sailing to Beaufort then Oriental. My soul was nourished and I felt like I was on top of the world.

Sometimes you have to decide what is it that you truly want in life and go for it. We become so socialized and used to doing the “right thing” that we miss opportunities that arise. Everyone knows it takes discipline to achieve many things,  but we also have to realize that our spiritual self has to be “fed” to live a Whole Life Experience . So my question to you is, will you go when Open Water Beckons?

meditation-769498_1920

In the last 4 years I have had 2 major surgeries.

I spent 15 years with the Apple Chill Cloggers from Chapel Hill, NC dancing all over Europe in International Folk Festivals as well dancing here in NC and surrounding states. I would not trade it for anything, but clogging can be very demanding on your knee joints especially if you keep dancing into your 40’s, which I did.

Four years ago I was struck with an auto-immune arthritis and could not walk to the bathroom one morning, after walking the night before. I was in the care of an orthopedic surgeon , who tried the conventional treatments for one month. During this time I could not sleep or walk without a cane. I am a very active person , so I became depressed partly because of no sleep but also because of my limited mobility.

Two of my spiritual friends suggested guided meditations. I thought to myself, I have been meditating for more than 20 years. I tried it and called my friend thinking something was wrong.I had never felt this way when meditating.  My head started bobbing and I was crying . Angela Coulter, my friend, said that is great , it means you are releasing some of the pain. I began the practice of meditation daily for the next 5 months until I had double knee replacement surgery. I continued afterwards to help ease the pain during physical therapy . I have continued this practice daily since then.

Three years later , I started my energy healing business to help others with physical, emotional,or mental issues. It has truly been rewarding.

Recently, I went for an endoscopy and found there was a problem.  At first the doctor thought it was acid re-flux, which I found hard to believe since I teach and follow an alkaline diet to reduce inflammation in the body. A few days later a barium swallow showed my stomach had moved into my chest through a large hole in my diaphragm. I needed to have elective surgery soon because this could be life-threatening if it became an emergency. The day I went to the first surgeon, I was very scared. He told me all the risks and I wondered if I would leave my only son without his last parent.

I made up my mind that I would do what I could for a good outcome. I had to wait 7 weeks  to get a medicine I take for arthritis out of my system before the surgery. I got a second opinion and felt much more calm. I also did my energy work visualizing my stomach sliding out of my chest easily .

I saw myself happy and healed but I also knew that I could handle anything in my true inner divine consciousness , even going to another plane of existence.

I am happy to report the surgery went extremely well. My doctor was surprised the stomach came down so easily , since it was wedged between my heart, lungs and aorta. He said most people’s stomachs are more stuck and they only have a small percent in their chest, mine was 100% in my chest.

After the surgery , I spent the whole afternoon and evening in a gratitude prayer for my doctors, my family, my friends and for life itself. When true obstacles come in your life, you realize that the relationships you have are the most important thing. There is always a silver lining and mine was this feeling of gratitude and being fully alive.

I found that you have to rely on conventional Western medicine for some health issues , but Energy Healing certainly helps with physical issues including positive outcomes. I am truly thankful to all my spiritual mentors, especially, Angela Coulter and Veronica Vela , who have guided me over the years to a true place of peace and unconditional love.

Do you ever feel like something is missing, even when everyone around tells you that you have all you need?

When I was 29 , I had a full time job I enjoyed, while  working on my degree part time. I was part of a clogging team that traveled to Europe most summers.  I had lots of friends to spend time traveling, listening to music, dancing and eating together.    It was a fun filled  life and everything seemed great.

Then without warning, my mother, who was my best friend died suddenly.   I  lost my joy for life, not wanting to go out and began eating emotionally. My friends would ask when I would I start smiling again.  I was in an emotional fog and did not know how to get out.  Three months after she died, she visited me in my dream state and we talked all night. I can still see her pink gown and her smile as if it was yesterday.  The next morning I woke up and was thrilled with life and ready to get out and start living!

I realized that I had let my spiritual and intuitive side slip away from me over the last decade. I made a conscious decision to  renew this important part in my life.  I promised myself that in 4 years when I finished  my BS ,  I would “expand my horizons” to include more than the physical world around me.

A few months after receiving my degree , I began focusing my attention on spirituality. A friend asked me to visit Health Ecology in Cameron Village in Raleigh, NC.  I met Veronica Vela, a Reiki Master . She suggested I study the “Course in Miracles”.  I told her I did not know anything about miracles.  She convinced me to start the weekly study group.  I remained in this group for 2 years.

The Course In Miracles changed my life.  I found the basis to life is love and there is nothing else. The opposite of love is fear, but fear cannot exist if you come from love.  The hardest part was learning forgiveness.  I learned that to forgive someone does not mean you condone their actions, but that you will not let that negative emotion hold your back from your true light.  This is especially true when learning to forgive yourself.  There are no mistakes, just opportunities to learn and grow.  Living in the past keeps you from expanding your horizons and have a truly fulfilling life!

I have tried to live my life with love and forgiveness and it has been truly remarkable.  I got married at 36 and had my only child at 42. I found myself a widow at 50 but knew that my spiritual strength would get me through this.  A few years ago, I was struck with autoimmune arthritis and began walking with a cane overnight. Within the next year, I had double knee replacement and was white water rafting.  My friend and mentor, Angela Coulter, originator of Trinity Energy progression, lead me back to meditation and connecting with my spiritual self.  This helped me through a difficult time , reinforcing the power  of connection to your inner strength.

I now work in energy healing and nutritional health.  I became a Trinity Energy Progression Practitioner,  Reiki Master Practitioner and Ordained Minster in the last several years. “Expanding my horizons” in this area of my life has been one of the most fulfilling things I have ever done.  I feel at peace with myself, even when it seems that everything else is falling apart.  I know that how I perceive the world defines my life.  I truly feel that life is wonderful and I can not wait for something new!

Always look within for guidance when it gets tough in the “real world”. Try listening to a recorded meditation to quiet your thoughts.  http://roadtoawakening.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/HeartFocus-7mins.mp3 If  you have trouble doing this, ask a friend for help. The next choice is to seek someone that does energy healing and that you feel connected  to.  Look for someone who comes from unconditional love  and without judgement of your thoughts and feelings.

I have been truly blessed by my spiritual mentors. I  love  helping others find the peace I have found.

cloggerHave you ever heard a song on the radio, TV or live and been instantly transported back to a moment in time?  I had this experience recently in Raleigh, NC  at the International Bluegrass Music Association Festival.  David Holt starting singing Tennessee Ernie Ford’s “16 Tons” and it brought back memories of my mom who passed away 33 years ago.  Tennessee Ernie Ford was one of her favorite singers and I could see her watching him on TV singing this song.   It seemed like a motion picture playing before my eyes with the movie showing me  parts of my  life.

I remember as a teenager loving soul music: Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, James Brown, the Supremes and more.  I was  interested in dancing to the music, so I was naturally  more attracted to this music than the Beatles.  At age 14, I spent every Friday night dancing at the YMCA  teen night.  I learned all types of dance and fell in love with music and dancing.

As a young woman I listened to bluegrass music, but could not dance to it since it was so fast. My cousins were clogging, but it seemed foreign to me. I signed up for clogging lessons by myself and opened a new chapter of my life.  Meeting new friends at a bluegrass festival, led to me joining the Apple Chill Cloggers in Chapel Hill, and traveling to Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Belgium and Holland to dance at International Folk Dance Festivals.  This completely changed my life. I had not traveled outside the USA and now I was performing with dance troupes from countries all over the world. I would not change that experience for anything. It  came from being mesmerized by music and opening my heart to all possibilities.

I love going to music events and watching the performers. So many musicians I have seen are in “the zone”, it seems like their body is an extension of the instrument or their voice as it consumes their soul. It give me chills to see someone so living in the moment. I feel music provides an avenue for all of us to experience this.  Many times when watching live theater, a movie or a music concert , I have felt suspended at that point in time, without thinking about the past or the future. Can you imagine watching a movie without music, whether it is calming or exciting?

Recently, I accidentally stumbled upon my son’s speech for his Public Speaking final exam. I knew it was not a coincidence when his talk was music and it’s effect on moods. He discussed on how music can really affect teenager’s moods and the quality of sleep. He also discussed how music is the most effective means of verbal communication with some autistic and dementia patients. I feel that it reaches our heart and bypasses some of our limitations of  speech.

I meditate everyday,  but I can say honestly say that calming music helps me achieve a meditative state easier. It seems to reduce the “chatter inside my head” and allow for more connection to my inner spirit. Many of us have experienced the calming effect of music , sometimes without realizing it.  The next time you feel stressed, try a little “music therapy”. It is a much healthier alternative than pharmaceuticals for mood improvement. Play a favorite song or calming piece of music  and see how your heart opens! From my heart to yours, Namaste,

The Angel Oak is thought to be one of the oldest living things east of the Mississippi River.   Angel Oak is a live oak. Towering over 65 feet high, the Angel Oak has shaded John’s Island, South Carolina, for over 1400 years, and would have sprouted 1000 years before Columbus’ arrival in the New World. Today the live oak has a diameter of spread reaching 160 feet, a circumference of nearly 25 feet, and covers 17,100 square feet of ground. http://www.angeloaktree.org/history.htm

When I first saw the Angel Oak while traveling in South Carolina, I felt it’s immense energy .  When I touched the tree trunk it seemed that I was connected to the tree and the earth.  It was such a comforting feeling.  It felt like I was part of the tree’s past  as well as the present.   Being in the presence of such a magnificent living tree is awe inspiring.  Nature has always been my first choice for feeling connected spiritually to my self and others.

When I was young, I would play in the woods behind my house for hours by myself.  I would imagine wood nymphs and fairies during my visits to the stream in the woods.

During the course of my life , I have encountered deaths of loved ones, my father at age 19, my mom at age 29 and my husband  at age 50.  With every loss, I was profoundly comforted by family and friends.  Even with all the love given to me,  I still had to turn to my spiritual center to go forward with my life.   These events  propelled me to increase my spiritual search.  My mother died in a coma and  I was not able to say goodbye.  Three months later after being depressed (one of the few times in my life) I was visited by her spirit.  I was told by my friend from Taiwan, that they believe the spirit of a loved one visits you about 3 moths after death.  I knew that my spirituality was an important part of my life and began following that path as soon as I graduated from college 4 years later.

It began with the Course in Miracles in 1986 and my first Reiki class.   I am still continuing to learn.  I became a Trinity Energy Practitioner ( founded by Angel Coulter)  in 2012 and an Ordained Minister in 2014 through New Earth Aquarian Church , founded by Veronica Vela.  My more recent  spiritual search was initiated  after I acquired inflammatory arthritis and started walking with a cane overnight.  Learning to mediate deeply was necessary to help with the pain. I found that guided mediation was a great way to start.  (http://www.roadtoawakening.net/AudioDownloads/ExpandingConsciousness.mp3).  My first serious attempt resulted in me sobbing and my head bobbing uncontrollably.  I called Angela, the friend who sent me the link, and told her something was wrong. She laughed and said that was a good thing to happen. I was totally confused but was told it meant I was really releasing the pain and connecting.

These benefits  caused me to understand the importance of meditation. Now I am on a mission to introduce meditation and energy work to everyone.  We all want peace and sometimes do not know where to start.  Taking time for yourself and listening to your inner guidance is not as easy as it sounds.  It takes practice and time.  I started slow and encourage others to try mediating for 5 minutes a day,  gradually increasing to 20 minutes or more.

I also find it much easier to feel connected to others and the earth  by spending time in nature.  Even if you just sit on the porch and look at the birds.  Our life can be so hectic, that we do not feel we have the time for this.  But it is amazing how much more you can accomplish if you center yourself first and listen to that inner voice.

Now I wonder, after meeting the Angel Oak, if the fairies and wood nymphs I met when I was young were really from my imagination!

graduation wilConscious parenting, what does that mean? To me it means wanting your child to see the world as an endless possibility.

When I had my only child in my 40’s, I thought this is a lot of work. It was constant feeding, changing diapers and being conscious of safety concerns, but the first time he smiled I knew it was so worth it.  His Dad and I encouraged our son to ask questions, to  read books, and value other people. When my son lost his father at 7 years old, I was scared to finish this important role alone but as it turned out , my son helped me get through this difficult period probably more than I helped him. When I was sad and told him I missed his father, he said “Mama, he is right here with us”. A child’s freedom to see all dimensions, spiritual as well as physical, is a gift we all have but tend to suppress as we become socialized. I am so thankful that we instilled in him the belief that all things are possible.

I always thought my role was to love my son, to protect him, to teach him values and to make him independent. Many times when he was showing that independence I wanted to say ” because I said so”, but I would catch myself.  My parents were very loving although I got a few whippings , but I always knew they loved and cherished me. I hoped to instill that in my child.

I caught myself getting upset when my son was behaving poorly or being rude. I had to” count to 10″ many times but knew in my heart, that handling this with a negative emotion was not going to solve the true issue. I tried to discuss what was really going on with him. Sometimes we could get to the heart of the issue, but restricting activities was necessary occasionally to get the point across. He would usually apologize after pouting for a while.  Many friends told me I was too easy on him, but I knew my child, and did not want to squash his independence and quest for learning.

I suggested my son try sports. The only ones he tried were ones his friends were doing, except horseback riding. He enjoyed it but after a year was done. His second year in high school , he decided to join the Debate Team. This proved to be something he was passionate about. No wonder, he was always encouraged to ask questions at home and to think about his decisions. This was his idea and he loved it. Parents encourage their children to participate in sports which teaches many life lessons, but it is truly something the child wants or some thing the parent wishes they had done themselves? Ask yourself, what’s wrong with imaginary play, music, etc ?

When he went to college last year, I received several texts from him, telling me how much he appreciated and loved me. The senior year of high school was very trying, but he realized after living on campus , that his home was different than many of his friends. He told me he was mad at me for making him move and go to church , 4 years after his Dad died. He thanked me for sticking to my resolution, even though it made our relationship strained. He realized now that the move made him the person he is and it changed his life to the better.

It is too easy to punish a child when they act up, rather than think, what is the real cause. It can make a parent feel they have not done a good job raising the child, or that the child is purposely trying to aggravate them. In some ways this may be true, the child wants you to pay attention to them and pushing your buttons may be the quickest way to get there. All children need and thrive on their parent’s love and support. An unloving statement made in the heat of a situation, can stay with the child for many years. Do you remember anything your parents said to you that still haunts you to this day?

Our children are here to help us on our spiritual journey as much as we are here to help them. Take a moment when something unpleasant happens and ask what is really going on here? Your love and guidance can be the most influential aspect of your child’s life.

photo (23)There is something about water in nature , that makes you stop and wonder at the beauty of our world.  Recently on a trip to Freeport , Bahamas, we were able to snorkel for several hours at Paradise Cove on Deadman’s Reef.  The brilliant colors of the fish created a sense of awe.  It is thrilling to see some of the  most  dramatic  colors in nature under the sea.  The coral reefs also display such a diverse beauty in shape, size and color.

Being in a place with no outside sound and essentially alone with your thoughts and feelings provides a perfect place to connect with your “spiritual center or inner core”.  In the medium of water, doubts, fears and frustration seem so far away. The splendor of the undersea world make worries seem drab in comparison. It allows you to feel free and expansive without the outside stimuli calling you back to the “real world”.  Like meditation,  your thoughts run through the mind without emotions being tied to them.  It allows you to be the outside observer and realize that thoughts are just a small part of the real you.

We get so carried away with everyday life, we forget to stop and appreciate what is around us.  The beauty of nature reminds us there is more to this life than duties, chores, and obligations.  Our connection to each other  is easy to see when spending time in nature.  There is life all around us that we hardly notice in our busy lives.  Realizing this connection can release fear, anger, guilt, and jealousy.  It allows us to see that we are perfect and essentially all made of the same  “energy “.  It gives us the ability to forgive ourselves and others and to live the fullest life we can imagine.

Disney 2014  I have always been skeptical about spending 4 days at Disney World. I know people love to go but it seemed way too expensive.  Recently I was able to go for 4 days with a special discount and stayed at Fort Wilderness for less than $60 per day (AAA discount) which included free parking, free Fast Pass, unlimited transportation to all 4 Disney parks and a swimming pool and hot tub within walking distance.

The thing I noticed the most, as I walked around, were families truly interacting with each other in loving ways.  I talked to several families who had been coming for years, every year, sometimes more than once a year.  The most common reason was everything worked and everyone was so nice.  I saw joy on the faces of kids, moms, dads and heard unbridled laughter.   I wondered what was so special?

After searching for an answer, it seemed to be the creativity and imagination present everywhere.  It made everyone feel like a kid and believe anything is possible.  When we open our minds and hearts to possibilities, magic happens, joy pervades our soul and laughter is spontaneous.  Joy lends itself to interactions with a loving heart.   All the worries and frustrations melt, and the world seems wonderful again.

Creativity and imagination are the true essence of our “spiritual core”.  It opens us up to connections with everyone and everything in the universe.   We are all connected, but many seem to have lost their way.  By opening up to the “creative flow” of the universe, all areas of your life expands: emotionally, spiritually, physicality and financially.  When you really believe anything is possible in your heart, it is!

Let your creativity and imagination run wild, who cares what anyone else thinks?  The only person you are sure to be with to the very end is yourself , so lighten up, breathe , and dream again.  It feels real good, I am confident that you will agree!
