After losing both parents in my 20’s, I decided I needed to become closer to my spiritual self. I began studying the Course In Miracles in the 1980s as well as achieving Reiki I attunement. In recent years, due to challenging health issues, I learned to meditate more deeply and started studying Theta Healing. I have also become a Trinity Energy Progression Practitioner, Reiki Master Practitioner and an Ordained Minister.

My previous background in biochemistry helps in recommending botanical products for your Health and Wellness, as well as nutritional needs.  Combining my practical knowledge with healing facilitation enables me to help you be the complete picture of yourself.
